Rolling River is your hometown athletic facility, built to support local teams and leagues with a dependable, high-quality venue to practice and compete. We partner with coaches to create a seamless training experience, so teams can stay focused on player development.

Supporting our Athletes

Rolling River partners with Riverview Athletics to support the growth of youth sports by connecting local teams with our high-quality athletic facilities. Offering both daily and seasonal rental options, all packages include an onsite supervisor, parking, onsite bathrooms, and spectator seating.

A standout feature of our athletic offerings is our brand-new 40,000-square-foot turf field, designed to support a wide range of sports and play styles. This state-of-the-art field with stadium lights provides an exceptional surface for soccer, lacrosse, softball, baseball, and football.

Our Facilities

Train at our premier riverside facility with basketball courts, turf fields, a covered hockey pavilion, pickleball, and more, all beautifully maintained and lit for nighttime play.  Restrooms and on-site parking are available to all rentals. Tented Pavilion

Train in any weather at our versatile, all-season, tented pavilion which features painted lines for both hockey training and pickleball.

Turf Volleyball Court

Enjoy river views while playing on our turf volleyball court that offers a premium playing surface and regulation size net.

Mini Basketball Court

Our compact court offers smaller scale dimensions and lower hoops, perfect for youth players or focused drills.

Frequently Asked Questions

Email events@rollingriver.com to check availability, as athletic venues often book a year or more in advance. To reserve your dates, a 25% deposit and signed electronic contract are required. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the first rental date. Seasonal and single-date rentals are available based on availability.

Yes. All teams and leagues are required to provide a certificate of insurance upon booking. The certificate must list Riverview Athletics and Rolling River Day Camp as additional insured.

Our athletic facilities may be rented between 8:00am and 9:00pm. Some dates and times may be unavailable due to camp programming or private events, so please confirm availability with our Events Manager when booking.

Only the facilities specified in your rental contract may be used during your scheduled time. For the safety of all participants and spectators, other areas of camp, including playgrounds, are not permitted for use. A Rental Supervisor will be on site for the duration of your booking to ensure rules are followed and facilities are used appropriately.

Rolling River is easy to reach by car, train, or plane. Guests may park in our main parking lot or on nearby streets. For public transportation, the LIRR East Rockaway station is just one block south of camp and within walking distance. For those traveling from out of town, JFK Airport is less than 8 miles away and accessible by AirTrain or a short cab/ride share trip.
