- Saturday, June 7, 2025: Welcome to Summer 2025! (New Staff and CITs Only)
- 9:00am-4:00pm- New Staff Only– Introduction to Rolling River
- 9:30-11:30am- CIT Orientation
- Tuesday, June 10, 2025: Transportation Meeting for Bus Drivers and Bus Counselors
- 2:30-5:30pm- Bus Driver Drug Tests (arrive anytime, test approximately 20 minutes)
- 6:00-8:00pm- Bus Drivers and Bus Counselors
- 6:30-8:00pm- Substitute Bus Counselors
- Saturday, June 14, 2025: Full Staff Training
- 9:00am-5:00pm- All Staff
- Tuesday, June 17, 2025: Non Group Counselor Training
- 5:00- 8:00pm- Athletics, Specialists, Waterfront, Health Center Staff and CITs
- Wednesday, June 18, 2025: Group Counselor & CIT Group Assignments
- 5:00- 8:00pm- Group Staff- Group Assignments and Division Meetings, Office Staff
- 5:00- 7:00pm- Group CITs
- Saturday, June 21, 2025: Meet Your Mateys Day Camper Orientation
- 9:00am-3:00pm Group Counselors attend when assigned group is scheduled
- Staff Orientation Make-Up Meetings
- Thursday, June 12, 2025, Wednesday, June 18, 2025, Thursday, June 19, 2025
- Make- Up Meetings will be by session missed, not by date missed. Schedule will be distributed during Staff Orientation
